Vestlandsentreprenøren AS sells Vitek Miljø AS to Serwent Group

Serwent has completed the acquisition of Vitek Miljø AS, which is now officially part of the Serwent Group.
The acquisition marks an important step forward in the company’s development and opens up new opportunities for growth in Western Norway and the rest of Norway.

For many years, Vitek Miljø has provided services such as sludge suction, high-pressure jetting, pipe rehabilitation, wastewater treatment and technical industrial services to both public and private clients. As part of Serwent, the company gains access to a larger professional network, increased capacity and a broader range of services. This strengthens our position in the region and makes us even better equipped to deliver safe and effective solutions for our customers.

Continued operation

Vitek Miljø AS will continue under the same name, with the same local presence and operations as before – now as part of Serwent’s Norwegian division. Collaboration across the group means that shared technology, logistics and expertise can be utilised to deliver even better services.

Vitek Miljø AS is a Norwegian company specialising in the maintenance of critical underground infrastructure. The company also possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of construction services, industrial services and waste management. The company has been operating in Norway for 42 years and has a large customer base in the municipal, industrial and private sectors in Western Norway.

Serwent operates throughout the Nordic region, providing services relating to the repair and maintenance of water and sewerage infrastructure, including pipe inspection, sludge suction, high-pressure flushing and pipe rehabilitation for private and municipal sewerage networks.
