Serwent has completed the acquisition of Vitek Miljø AS, which is now officially part of the Serwent Group.
The acquisition marks an important step forward in the company’s development and opens up new opportunities for growth in Western Norway and the rest of Norway.
For many years, Vitek Miljø has provided services such as sludge suction, high-pressure jetting, pipe rehabilitation, wastewater treatment and technical industrial services to both public and private clients. As part of Serwent, the company gains access to a larger professional network, increased capacity and a broader range of services. This strengthens our position in the region and makes us even better equipped to deliver safe and effective solutions for our customers.
«We see this as a natural next step for Vitek Miljø. With Serwent behind us, we gain more tools, greater expertise and increased capacity to tackle complex projects – whilst maintaining our local focus and close relationship with our customers,» says Henrik Reigstad, Managing Director of Vitek Miljø AS.
Continued operation
Vitek Miljø AS will continue under the same name, with the same local presence and operations as before – now as part of Serwent’s Norwegian division. Collaboration across the group means that shared technology, logistics and expertise can be utilised to deliver even better services.
