A framework agreement marks the start of a close and trusting partnership characterised by good dialogue, fixed unit prices, agreed terms and conditions, and a dedicated project manager. The following elements are important in a framework agreement:
Pipe replacement for private pipes
Joint ownership/housing co-operative
By carrying out pipe renewal on the old pipes in the housing co-operative, the inconvenience to residents is kept to a minimum. They do not have to move out whilst the work is being carried out, and there is little or no disruption to the buildings. In short, we are replacing all the pipes inside the existing pipework.
Since its inception in 1983, VITEK has inspected miles of pipelines in Norway, both onshore and offshore. Using our state-of-the-art CCTV inspection cameras, we are able to inspect most types of pipes. Our inspection programme covers main pipes, branch pipes and ventilation ducts alike.
