Just wanted to give you a shout-out! I rang you today, feeling rather desperate – water was gushing out of the drains in the utility room and spilling all over the floor. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly chap from your company who explained what I could try doing myself. Everything sorted itself out – I managed to clear the blockage in the pipes – both my husband and I are now happy! It didn’t turn into a job for you this time, but should I ever need your help, I’ll definitely be giving you a call! That’s the sort of customer service and friendly people on the phone I like!
