High-powered vacuum trucks are often used in places that cannot be accessed by excavation equipment, such as indoors or beneath buildings. Vacuum excavators are also widely used to locate buried cables and pipes – without the need for digging – and have a high vacuum capacity. The vehicle can also blow gravel back into trenches or onto roofs at heights of up to 70 metres.
