Pipe renewal in housing co-operatives

By carrying out pipe renewal on the old pipes in the housing co-operative, the inconvenience to residents is kept to a minimum. They do not have to move out whilst the work is being carried out, and there is little or no disruption to the buildings. In short, we are replacing all the pipes inside the existing pipework.

Our methods

Vitek supplies liners for pipe rehabilitation. The products are of a very high quality, and the methods are very cost-effective. In most cases, we can complete the job in a single day. The liner fits completely within the existing pipe wall, so the diameter of the existing pipe will not be significantly reduced.

These methods are suitable for pipelines with a diameter of 30–2200 mm and a length of over 200 m per section, and can be laid through several bends. The expected service life of the new pipes is 100 years.

The pipe is laid in one continuous length without joints. With our methods, there is no need to excavate at the connection point. We can complete a pipe renewal at any point along the pipe. Vitek also offers several «no-dig» methods for the rehabilitation of water and sewer pipes.

The custom-made pipe is filled with epoxy or polyester.

It is bent using water pressure or air.

Cured using LED light or steam.

Warranty as for a new plastic pipe.

We replace both vertical and horizontal pipes

The old pipes are replaced by installing a new pipe inside the old one from a manhole or an open trench. The new pipe can be terminated at any point along its length.

Vertical risers are replaced from the roof or the basement. Any branch pipes are opened using a robot after installation.

We are replacing all the pipes buried beneath the house.
