The operator is familiarising themselves with the pipework.

We are looking for stake points, such as manholes or inspection chambers.

We will dismantle the toilet if necessary

We provide advice on damage limitation as needed

Our method

Vitek opens most pipes with water as a tool

This is the gentlest way to unblock a drain.

Normally, flushing vehicles with remote-controlled special equipment are used.

With a capacity of 60-100 litres and a pressure of 200-400 bar, most blocked pipes can be cleared. If more is required, we simply use more powerful equipment.

Main pipe inspection

The cameras can be used in all pipes from 4 inches and upwards to 1000 mm, and can be accessed via mini inspection chambers and other modern chamber types.

The camera is mounted on a self-propelled tractor which is controlled from the operator inside the vehicle.

The TV vans are equipped with up to 600 metres of camera cable

On the largest equipment, we also have drop measurement equipment

Documentation

All filming documentation will be transferred electronically to a CD that will be delivered to the client along with a detailed written report after the assignment has been completed.
